Everyone is a critic

Why should restaurant critics have all the fun? When I visit a restaurant or other establishment, I'm always analyzing my experience there. When I purchase a product in response to an infomercial, I always wonder if others have bought and used this product and if it's REALLY as good as they claim. After receiving the product, if the experience is sufficiently good or bad, I relay that experience to friends and family. That's where I've always stopped.

Businesses LISTEN to published critics because those critics are read by many folks. Those businesses have a vested interest in providing good service/products because they know they're being watched and reviewed. With the internet EVERYONE can be a critic.
